Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, maintenance, and improvement of CI/CD pipelines
• Support infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in development and production environments
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for application deployment
• Assist with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
• Participate in on-call support rotations as required
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and reliable deployment practices
• Maintain documentation of processes, improvements, and best practices
• Support disaster recovery (DR) planning and deployment on cloud platforms

Technical Skills Required

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Hands-on experience with AWS core services (EC2, Route53, VPC networking, IAM)
• Experience with AWS CLI and cloud security best practices
• Exposure to Azure or GCP is a plus

CI/CD & Automation

• Support and maintain Jenkins pipelines and GitHub workflows
• Infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, Python, or shell scripting
• Documenting DR plans and production deployment processes

Containerization & Orchestration

• Experience deploying and managing applications in OpenShift, AWS EKS, or Docker
• Handling namespaces, pods, and basic resources in Kubernetes

Linux Administration

• Core hands-on experience with Linux systems administration (RHEL, AWS Linux)
• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
