Job Description
You will provide a high level of customer satisfaction through the delivery of technical back-office support to Wolters Kluwer’s customers for our cloud-hosted financial management software applications.
You will be responsible for complex problem analysis and resolution — collaborating with consultants, clients, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for international customers and consultants in cloud environments.
• Analyze and solve technical problems related to SaaS architecture on the Azure stack.
• Monitor and troubleshoot server and network issues.
• Collaborate with developers, system integrators, DBAs, analysts, and consultants.
• Develop and maintain expertise in product functionality.
• Conduct functional, integration testing, and performance tuning.
• Enhance automation utilities and integration flexibility.
• Document technical solutions and create knowledge articles.
• Configure and maintain Azure Pipelines for customer environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
• 1+ year experience in customer support or technical assistance.
• Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Programming knowledge: Java, JavaScript, SQL.
• OS: Windows (Linux is a plus).
• Application servers: Wildfly or JBoss.
• Database: MS SQL Server, Oracle, with strong RDBMS concepts.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness for monthly on-call support outside business hours.

Nice to Have

• Monitoring tools (Grafana).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud performance tuning and security testing.
• Database performance tuning (indexes, triggers, constraints).
• Additional languages like German or French.
