Job Overview

Wolters Kluwer, a global leader in software, information solutions, and enterprise technology, is hiring an Associate DevSecOps Engineer for its Global Business Services division.
This hybrid role (8 days/month onsite) is based in Pune – Kalyani Nagar, India and focuses on building, deploying, securing, and maintaining enterprise-scale cloud platforms and DevSecOps pipelines.

You will work on modern technology stacks including CI/CD, IaC (Terraform), AWS, Azure, GCP, SRE practices, automation, and generative AI to improve reliability and engineering efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise software and cloud platforms.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
• Operate and optimize AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud infrastructure for performance and reliability.
• Apply SRE principles: monitoring, incident response, capacity planning, and fault tolerance.
• Build automation scripts and tools using Bash and Python.
• Ensure security compliance, conduct assessments, and integrate DevSecOps best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, operations, architecture, and security teams.
• Document infrastructure configurations, workflows, and technical procedures.
• Convert business requirements into technical solutions and deliverables.
• Explore modern technologies including generative AI to enhance system capabilities.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Engineering, DevSecOps, or Platform Engineering.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale applications and cloud environments.

Technical Skills

• Scripting proficiency: Bash, Python.
• Working knowledge of Java or .NET frameworks.
• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of AWS / Azure / GCP cloud services.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and serverless technologies.
• Knowledge of security practices, compliance, and vulnerability controls.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical collaboration skills.
• Interest or experience in Generative AI implementation.
