Job Description:
Wissen Technology, a leading IT services company known for delivering innovative solutions to Fortune 500 clients, is hiring a Java + Python Developer to work on backend services, automation, and scalable fintech/data platforms. This role involves developing APIs, microservices, and real-time systems to power cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java (8+) and Python
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and data pipelines
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code in both Java and Python stacks
• Optimize performance in multithreaded and real-time systems
• Collaborate with DevOps and data engineering teams on CI/CD and monitoring
• Participate in design discussions, peer code reviews, and Agile ceremonies

Required Skills:

• 2–10 years in software development with expertise in Core Java and Spring Boot
• Proficient in Python for data processing, scripting, and API development
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, multithreading
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems
• Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of data engineering tools like Pandas, NumPy, PySpark
• Docker and Kubernetes experience
• Exposure to ML/AI APIs or DevOps scripting
