🎯 Role Overview

As an Associate Software Engineer, you’ll collaborate across teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality enterprise-level solutions. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineers to shape Verint’s product architecture and ensure it aligns with business goals.

• Participate in the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
• Contribute to technical requirements, design reviews, and solution delivery.
• Ensure quality gates are met for deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Become technically proficient on the IVA Studio platform.
• Champion Agile development methodologies.
• Collaborate with geographically distributed teams across time zones.
• Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Education: BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in building enterprise-level solutions.

Frontend Development:

• UI Development experience with modern frameworks

Backend Development:
