Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, OKD/OpenShift)
- Build and manage automation, pipelines, and development/testing solutions
- Automate deployment and operations using GitHub Actions, Harness, or similar tools
- Handle patching, OS updates, and security fixes via automation
- Collaborate on architecture, implementation, and feature testing
- Deliver scalable and sustainable solutions aligned with product goals
- Proactively monitor, identify, and resolve issues during development cycles
- Work closely with global engineering teams and provide technical inputs
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ years experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting
- Experience with Windows and Linux-based applications
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Harness)
- Skilled in Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Proficient in Ansible, Terraform, and Helm
- Familiarity with GitHub and version control practices
- Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, DataDog)
- Understanding of Contact Center software is a plus
