Role Summary:

As a Systems Engineer, you'll work closely with the field sales team, partners, and clients to deliver technical guidance and compelling product demonstrations. This is a client-facing, pre-sales role focused on enabling Veeam adoption across organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver live and virtual product presentations and demos
• Manage and execute technical proof-of-concepts (POCs)
• Support lead generation via events, webinars, and user groups
• Translate customer goals into technical requirements
• Provide in-depth technical expertise on data protection
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Management teams
• Guide deployment of software in complex enterprise environments
• Provide pre-sales support throughout the sales cycle

Required Qualifications:

• Prior technical pre-sales or solution sales experience preferred
• Hands-on expertise in data protection, storage, networking, or cloud technologies
• Experience with monitoring tools and virtualization platforms
• Familiarity with IT audit requirements and data lifecycle management
• Strong deployment experience in diverse IT environments
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
• Industry certifications are a plus (VMware, AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Ability to manage time and tasks independently
• Willingness to travel up to 50–75%
