Job Role: Technical Support Engineer
Qualification: BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Experience: 3+ years of technical and customer-facing experience
Job Location: Bangalore, India
Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across engineering, sales, and product management teams.
• Contribute to technical documentation, including best practices and knowledge bases.
• Recreate, track, and resolve customer issues to enhance user experience.
• Identify and report product enhancements and feature requests.
• Participate in weekend and holiday support rotations.
• Manage time efficiently, balancing multiple tasks and priorities.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of networking, cloud, virtualization, backup, and recovery.
• Linux administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes management.
• Basic scripting knowledge (Bash or similar).
• Familiarity with software development life cycles and upgrade patterns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with OpenShift, PKS, Rancher, Google GKE, AWS EKS, VMware administration.
• Public cloud experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Kubernetes certifications (CKA or CKAD).
• Previous startup experience.
