We are looking for a Veeam Backup for Linux Engineer to join our Technical Support team — the “hotline” for solving real-world IT problems, delivering world-class service, and supporting critical enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze logs, and work with Veeam and 3rd-party components
• Manage customer cases end-to-end and provide excellent issue resolution
• Document customer interactions clearly and in compliance with SLA
• Collaborate with engineering, testing, and product teams for deeper issue resolution

Requirements:

• Fluent English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Strong Linux-based OS knowledge (booting, kernel, networking, storage, etc.)
• System administration and troubleshooting experience
• Familiarity with Nutanix AHV, VMware, Hyper-V (plus)
• Knowledge of Oracle DBs (11g/12c/18c), RMAN, RAC
• Basic scripting (bash, Python), TCP/IP, and security concepts
• Understanding of SAP HANA, UNIX systems (BSD, AIX, Solaris, HP-UX) is a plus
• Excellent time management, communication, and analytical skills
