Associate Software Engineer | ValueMomentum
Location: VAM Towers, Hyderabad
Primary Skill: Java

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications using Java 8+ and core Java concepts like OOP, collections, and exception handling.
- Work extensively with the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data JPA.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless integration with front-end systems.
- Collaborate with relational and non-relational databases like MySQL and MongoDB.
- Gain exposure to front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus).
- Use Maven for build automation and manage version control through Git.
- Follow Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban for efficient software development.
- Write unit tests using frameworks like JUnit or Mockito.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Java 8+ and core Java concepts.
- Hands-on experience with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, MVC, Data JPA).
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with MySQL and MongoDB databases.
- Understanding of Maven, Git, and Agile methodologies.
- Exposure to JUnit and Mockito for testing.
