Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for application users.
  • Respond to and resolve application-related issues via phone, email, or helpdesk systems.
  • Log, track, and document support requests and resolutions.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot application problems and identify root causes.
  • Resolve issues using known solutions or escalate complex problems.
  • Collaborate with developers to reproduce and fix software bugs.
  • Manage and prioritize incidents and service requests.
  • Follow incident management processes for timely resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze application performance metrics and logs for improvements.
  • Suggest and implement application enhancements.
  • Provide regular updates on support activities and resolutions.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and technical teams.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • BE / B.Tech / B.Sc or any computer-related degree from a recognized institute.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Application Support & Windows applications.
  • Good understanding of the Azure Portal and MS Office.
  • Certification from a reputed IT company is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a collaborative approach.
