Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reliability, efficiency, and security in cloud operations. Key Responsibilities
Strategy
- Assist in developing and executing cloud strategies focused on performance and cost optimization
- Support architectural guidance aligning cloud systems with business goals
Business
- Collaborate with teams to gather cloud infrastructure requirements
- Research and recommend improvements to existing cloud environments
Processes
- Help implement CI/CD pipelines
- Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.
People & Talent
- Learn from senior engineers
- Participate in training and promote DevOps/cloud best practices
Risk Management
- Monitor for cloud vulnerabilities and ensure compliance
- Assist with implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
Governance
- Adhere to internal governance and compliance standards
- Support cloud cost governance initiatives
Skills & Experience
- Foundational knowledge in AWS or Azure
- Programming/Scripting: Shell, Python, Node.js (any one)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, IaC, and cloud infrastructure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
