📝 Job Description

As a Software Engineer at Phenom, you’ll design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge software solutions. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative products for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using the latest technologies
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality results
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

🧑‍💻 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in IX Configurations, product integration, and implementations
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST, SOAP, JSON, MongoDB, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of SQL, AWS, and deployment processes
• Understanding of accessibility and responsive design
• Strong system analysis and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly express thoughts
• Engineering graduates or post-graduates from premier institutions are preferred
