Role Overview
Softenger is looking for a Storage Administrator with hands-on experience in enterprise storage environments. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to IBM Storage systems, SAN architecture, zoning, and server-to-SAN connectivity, preferably within large-scale telecom or VIL environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Storage administration in enterprise environments (VIL experience preferred)
- Managing and supporting IBM Storage systems
- SAN configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Implementing and managing zoning techniques
- Ensuring proper server-to-SAN connectivity
- Supporting storage availability, performance, and reliability
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Storage Administration
- Strong understanding of SAN architecture
- Experience with IBM Storage solutions
- Knowledge of SAN zoning & connectivity methods
- Ability to troubleshoot storage-related production issues
