Job Overview
Scaler is hiring Subject Matter Expert (SME) Interns – DevOps to support learners in solving real-world DevOps challenges. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates passionate about Cloud Native technologies, DevOps automation, and tech education.
As an SME Intern, you will assist learners via text and video sessions, helping them understand and solve technical doubts across Scaler’s industry-vetted curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the platform for incoming DevOps-related learner doubts
- Claim and respond to questions based on availability and expertise
- Provide clear, structured, and accurate explanations
- Conduct Text Help (THR) and Video Help (VHR) sessions
- Support learners in understanding real-world DevOps implementations
- Maintain consistency and quality in doubt resolution

Payout Structure
Base Pay
- ₹10,000/month (Applicable if at least 120 Video Help Requests are solved per month)
Per Request Earnings
- ₹40 per Text Help Request (THR)
- ₹100 per Video Help Request (VHR beyond 120 threshold)
Performance Incentive
- Additional ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 based on impact and performance
