About the Role

We are hiring a Junior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join a high-impact Product & Technology team supporting enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure and mission-critical applications used by global customers across United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, and UAE.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

Cloud Infrastructure & Reliability Engineering

• Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure 99.9%+ uptime, performance optimization, and system reliability.
• Monitor production environments and proactively identify performance bottlenecks.

DevOps & CI/CD Automation

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Automate build, test, and deployment workflows for enterprise applications.
• Implement blue-green deployments, rolling updates, and rollback strategies.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible.
• Manage cloud resources efficiently to optimize cloud cost management.
• Maintain version-controlled infrastructure repositories.

Containers & Platform Engineering

• Work with Docker and Kubernetes to deploy and manage containerized workloads.
• Support microservices-based architectures in cloud environments.
• Assist with Kubernetes cluster monitoring, scaling, and troubleshooting.

Monitoring, Observability & Incident Response

• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive fixes.
• Maintain documentation for operational processes and runbooks.

Required Technical Skills (Must Have)

• CI/CD Tools: Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
• Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Scripting: PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Containers: Docker fundamentals, Kubernetes basics
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible
