Job Description
RWS is hiring a DevOps Engineer to support and optimize its global enterprise-grade SaaS platforms hosted on AWS. This is a mission-critical role focused on cloud infrastructure reliability, performance tuning, CI/CD automation, and compliance management — aligned with a 99.9% SLA.
Join a global Cloud Operations & Technical Support team working across 13 countries, powering high-availability SaaS applications used by the world’s top brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage complex AWS cloud infrastructure
- Administer Windows Server and Linux systems in hybrid environments
- Manage AWS ECS, Aurora PostgreSQL, and SQL Server databases
- Write infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
- Monitor performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and AWS CloudWatch
- Design and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization
- Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Proven experience in SaaS platforms with enterprise SLAs
