What You’ll Do:

• Provide cloud incident support for PTC’s hosted PLM applications (Windchill PDMLink®, Windchill ProjectLink®).
• Work with platforms like Salesforce, SNOW, PagerDuty to manage and resolve issues.
• Ensure uptime and smooth operations of cloud-hosted solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotations including shifts in Europe or North America time zones.
• Mentor peers, deliver internal training/webinars, and proactively identify support improvements.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

Non-Technical:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer empathy and ability to manage expectations.
• Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments.
• Willingness to mentor, collaborate, and present technical topics effectively.

Technical:

• Experience with client-server or multi-tier architectures.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other SaaS/cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Linux.
• Object-Oriented Programming knowledge (preferably Java).
• Analytical problem-solving and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience:

• 0–3 years in cloud services, support, or related fields.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related.
• Experience with multicultural teams is a plus.
• Language proficiency in English; German or French is a bonus.
