Job Description
PTC is transforming the world with innovative software that connects the physical and digital worlds. As a Cloud Application Engineer, you will specialize in resolving complex technical issues in FlexPLM, while working on exciting technologies like AWS and Azure.

Your Role

• Maintain deep technical knowledge of FlexPLM and its cloud deployment
• Troubleshoot application stack issues (UI, DB, Infra, etc.)
• Develop technical best practices and contribute to knowledge management

Expertise and Knowledge:

• OS: Linux proficiency (Shell script capable)
• Cloud Computing: Basic AWS/Azure knowledge
• Languages: Proficient in Java, HTML, JavaScript, SQL; basic Shell scripting
• Database: Awareness of Oracle/Postgres/MS SQLServer
• FlexPLM or Windchill: Preferred knowledge
• Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose issues using logs, monitoring tools, and scripts
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to DevOps/SRE concepts (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience in multi-tier application development or system administration
