Job Description
PTC is a global leader in digital transformation, integrating physical and digital worlds to enhance operations and product development. As a Cloud Services Ops, Associate Engineer, you will be responsible for executing technical deliverables, supporting PTC Cloud solutions, and ensuring optimal performance and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Install PTC Application Software and approved third-party software (e.g., COGNOS, Solid Works).
- Validate software compatibility and define optimal deployment procedures.
- Independently configure PTC applications and troubleshoot issues.
- Perform environment rehosting and data refreshes.
- Learn to set up and configure LDAP and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Proactively optimize system performance and security.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-4 years of experience with Windchill PLM, Linux, and cloud providers.
- Administration skills in Windchill PDMLink.
- Windchill CAD data management and visualization.
- Strong understanding of Windchill rehosting and upgrades.
- Advanced command-line Linux skills.
- Knowledge of databases: Oracle and MSSQL.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and basic Apache configurations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience using ticketing systems like Salesforce or ServiceNow.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
