🎯 Your Role

As an Associate Technical Support Specialist, you’ll provide efficient and professional support for PTC's global customers by leveraging product knowledge on PTC’s Windchill PLM product. You’ll troubleshoot, communicate, and document solutions while contributing to PTC’s Knowledgebase.

👥 Your Team

You’ll join a highly experienced and energetic Windchill PLM support team in Pune, India, serving customers across Asia. You’ll collaborate with other teams to deliver technical solutions that help customers build best-in-class products.

🗓️ Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide customer-centric support for Windchill products by troubleshooting installation and functionality issues.
• Understand customer issues, apply product knowledge, and follow support processes.
• Develop expert-level knowledge of Windchill and contribute to PTC’s Knowledgebase.
• Create software configurations, replicate issues, and collaborate with R&D and QA teams to resolve technical problems.
• Provide technical training and documentation for internal teams.
• Collaborate with global offices to offer first-class support for mission-critical customers.

🛠️ Required Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. in Computer Science, IT, E&TC) or MCA.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience with Windchill functionality/configuration (Freshers welcome).
• Technical Skills:
  • Exposure to Java and Database Management (DB).
  • Basic Unix/Windows administration.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts (a plus).
  • Certification: Oracle Certified Java Programmer (SCJP) or Oracle Certified DBA (added advantage).
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
