Job Overview

ProArch is looking for Cloud Support Trainees to join their global support team.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to begin their careers in Cloud Engineering, IT Support, or DevOps.

As a Cloud Support Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience in supporting Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and AWS environments while working directly with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 (L1) technical support to global clients via email, phone, and collaboration tools.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues in Azure, Office 365, and AWS environments.
• Assist with email migrations and basic infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update support tickets regularly.
• Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Support clients effectively with a stable internet connection and availability in 24/7 rotational shifts.
• Continuously engage in self-paced learning on emerging cloud technologies and best practices.

Skills & Requirements

• Degree: B.Tech (IT/CS), B.Sc (Computer Science), or MCA.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Hands-on experience or knowledge of MS Office.
• Basic understanding of Cloud Computing (Azure/AWS/GCP preferred).
• Willingness to work rotational night shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 support environment.
