Role Overview

ProArch is hiring Cloud Support Trainees to provide Level 1 technical support for global clients. The role involves troubleshooting cloud-related issues, assisting with email migrations, and learning new cloud technologies through structured and self-paced training.

This position is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365 cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1 technical support to clients via email, phone, and collaboration tools.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Azure, Office 365, and AWS environments.
• Assist with email migrations and basic cloud infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ticket tracking.
• Participate in self-paced cloud learning and adopt industry best practices.
• Support 24x7 operations, including rotational night shifts and weekends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (B.Tech, B.Sc, MCA).
