Job Description:

ProArch is hiring a Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Microsoft Azure and M365 environments. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing, resolving, and maintaining robust cloud operations for our clients across global infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level troubleshooting for Microsoft Azure, M365 Suite, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Offer L2 and L3 IT support and guidance for enterprise clients.
• Manage and document IT incidents via ITSM systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, server, network, and security issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues efficiently and collaborate across technical teams.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date technical documentation.
• Conduct technical discussions and consultations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in 24/7 rotational shifts to ensure continuous service availability.
• Stay current with Azure cloud updates and emerging infrastructure technologies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in IT support, cloud infrastructure, or service desk roles (preferably in MSP environment).
• Microsoft Azure and M365 certifications (e.g., AZ-104, MS-102).
• Experience with MS Intune, MDM/MAM for remote device management.
• Strong skills in Entra (Active Directory), Windows Server, network administration, VPN, firewalls, and switches.
• Hands-on experience with Remote Desktop and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Familiarity with Cisco and Barracuda devices for effective network troubleshooting.
