Job Description:
Optum is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join their team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with cloud technologies, infrastructure automation, container orchestration, and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality code and software design
• Work in Agile teams and prioritize deliverables
• Understand and implement CI/CD deployment pipelines
• Explore and propose new technologies with proof of concepts
• Create and manage application and log monitoring
• Collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders

Technical Requirements:

Cloud & Infrastructure Management:

• AWS (Cloud Management)
• Terraform (IaC)
• Kubernetes (Amazon EKS & Self-managed)
• Docker
• Helm

CI/CD & Automation:

• GitHub Actions, Jenkins
• Python, Bash, Shell scripting

Monitoring & Logging:

• AWS CloudWatch
• Prometheus & Grafana

Security & Compliance:

• AWS IAM

Source Code & Version Control:

• GitHub

Incident Management & Collaboration Tools:

• ServiceNow, PagerDuty

Kafka & Event Streaming:

• Apache Kafka, Kafka Topics, Kafka MirrorMakers
