📝 Role Overview

As a Software Engineer, you will:

• Analyze business requirements to develop database solutions for Health Care and Reporting systems.
• Conduct Scrum ceremonies and participate in agile development practices.
• Walk through technical design documents with Business, SME, QA, and support teams.
• Support QA, UAT, and release phases through defect analysis and change maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, including flexibility in work environment and team assignments.

🎓 Qualifications

• Education: B.E / MCA / B.Tech / M.Tech / MS
• Primary Skills:
  • Mandatory: Mainframes (COBOL, JCL, DB2)
  • Optional: Java, Python
• Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers welcome)
• Technical Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of design patterns, algorithms, data structures, schemas, and queries
  • Familiarity with system design, unit testing, code reviews, agile methodology, and dev-ops
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
