Role Overview
We're hiring an Associate DevOps Engineer with experience in Azure DevOps, Java, Terraform, and cloud-native development. You will work on building and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Primary Responsibilities

DevOps and Cloud Deployment

• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Deploy cloud infrastructure using Terraform (IaC)
• Ensure application availability, scalability, and monitoring on Azure

Backend Development

• Build and maintain REST APIs and microservices using Java, Python, or Node.js
• Ensure secure data exchange between services
• Integrate external APIs and services

Database Management

• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Optimize and manage database queries

Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers
• Participate in code reviews, stand-ups, and cross-functional meetings

Problem Solving

• Debug production issues and performance bottlenecks
• Implement solutions following best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years in DevOps or Cloud-based development (Azure preferred)
• Strong experience in Azure DevOps: CI/CD, pipelines, automation
• Proficient in Terraform for infrastructure automation
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, Git
• Expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and RESTful API development
• Strong knowledge of both relational and NoSQL databases
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Agile development experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs, OpenAI/GPT, or other AI models
• Knowledge of React.js and frontend development
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like JUnit, Mocha, or Jest
• Understanding of GraphQL and WebSockets
• Exposure to AI/ML frameworks
• Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML/CSS
