Your Impact

As a Cloud Applications Consultant, you will:

• Manage full application lifecycle activities — from development and deployment to upgrades, patching, and support of cloud-based systems.
• Handle multiple projects including provisioning, migration, and decommissioning of applications.
• Support day-to-day cloud administration, incident & problem management.
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and customers to ensure successful cloud project delivery.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement business growth opportunities by extending customer contracts.
• Troubleshoot alerts, application issues, and cloud infrastructure to maintain SLAs.
• Engage in cross-team collaboration with Product Support, IT, and Professional Services.

What You Need to Succeed

• Education: BE/B.Tech. or equivalent.
• Experience: 3–5 years in Cloud / Application Support roles.
• Skills Required:
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, UNIX, and application administration in a TCP/IP environment.
  • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL).
  • Familiarity with scripting/programming (SQL, Shell, Java, JavaScript).
  • Hands-on with web/application servers (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, JBoss).
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming, Web Services, LDAP, RDBMS concepts.
  • Strong customer support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
