About the Role:
We are hiring engineering graduates ready to kickstart their careers in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). You will work on solving real-world technical challenges, improving system reliability, and supporting automation for large-scale distributed systems. This is a collaborative and mentorship-driven environment designed for continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the health and performance of production systems using internal tools and dashboards.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.
• Collaborate with SRE and development teams to enhance system reliability and deployment workflows.
• Maintain operational documentation and runbooks.
• Test, validate, and deploy system updates and configuration changes.
• Apply observability best practices, set up alerts, and manage service-level objectives (SLOs).
• Troubleshoot network, service, and infrastructure issues.
• Participate in team standups, planning sessions, and mentorship programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Basic understanding of Linux/Unix systems and command-line operations.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP).
• Awareness of software development and deployment lifecycles.
• Introductory knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, or Datadog.
• Basic understanding of logging frameworks such as ELK Stack or Splunk.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and tools quickly.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Basic programming, data structure, and algorithm knowledge.
• Understanding of database concepts and SQL.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Go, Bash, or Shell).
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS or GCP preferred).
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes container orchestration.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
