Job Description:
NTT DATA is looking for a Support Engineer - Associate Software Analyst with expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Administration. The candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting system issues, and optimizing CRM solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Mandatory: Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Mandatory: Sales or Service Cloud Certification
- Minimum 2 years of Salesforce.com configuration, workflow and approval process, security controls, sharing rules, queues, role hierarchy, data migration, reports, and dashboards
- Experience in aligning business and technical processes to drive design solutions
- Knowledge of KPIs and SLAs to ensure service delivery excellence
- Experience in process automation for efficiency improvement
- Conducting Weekly Service Reviews (WSR) and daily standups for project coordination
- Hands-on experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and issue escalation management
- Willingness to learn Salesforce and undergo certifications
