About You

We’re looking for passionate, trainable individuals eager to grow their cloud skills:

• Basic Cloud Knowledge: Interest in cloud computing, particularly Microsoft Azure
• Technical Aptitude: Some exposure to IT systems, networks, or cloud platforms preferred
• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a methodical approach to challenges
• Communication Skills: Able to communicate technical ideas clearly
• Teamwork: Collaborative attitude to work with diverse technical teams
• Learning Orientation: Eagerness to explore and grow in the cloud ecosystem

Preferred but not mandatory:

• Basic networking concepts (DNS, VPN, IPs)
• Familiarity with Azure (VMs, Blob Storage, AAD, etc.)
• Understanding of IT infrastructure or server/virtualization concepts
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields (optional)
• Azure certification (e.g., AZ-900) a plus

What You'll Do

• Assist in managing and monitoring Azure cloud services
• Resolve basic support tickets related to Azure environments
• Help deploy/configure Azure services like VMs, Storage, AAD
• Participate in training sessions on Azure tools and best practices
• Work with senior engineers and cloud architects on projects
• Maintain documentation of support activities and incident resolutions
• Deliver client-facing support and resolve queries related to Azure infrastructure
