• Position: Cloud Trainee Engineer
• Location: Noida – Work From Office (WFO)
• Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers eligible)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor AWS cloud infrastructure for performance and availability.
• Review alerts and notifications for proactive issue resolution.
• Create and manage tickets in the support desk system.
• Notify and escalate alerts to the concerned department.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports for cloud operations.
• Work in 24x7 rotational shifts for global cloud support.

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
• Problem-solving mindset with quick learning ability.
• Flexible and capable of handling unforeseen situations.

Preferred Certifications

• AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Solutions Architect Associate
• Additional cloud certifications (Azure / GCP) will be a plus.
