Job Description:
Noventiq is a leading global solutions and services provider in digital transformation and cybersecurity. They are currently hiring for the position of Cloud Engineer - Azure (L1) for their Noida GDC.

As a Cloud Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for technical support related to Azure cloud services. You’ll assist users, manage incidents, monitor systems, and help maintain secure and optimal performance of Azure resources. The role requires a strong understanding of Azure tools and infrastructure with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Azure services such as virtual machines, networking, and storage
• Monitor and troubleshoot incidents through service tickets
• Use diagnostic tools and logs to identify basic cloud issues
• Assist in configuration of Azure services using templates and standards
• Ensure compliance with Azure security policies
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers
• Maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions
• Provide user training on Azure tools and features

Technical Skills:

• Azure AD, Azure Networking, Compute, and Storage
• Troubleshooting of cloud infrastructure issues
• Familiarity with PowerShell or Azure CLI

Certifications (Preferred):

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or similar
