Job Description:

Noventiq is hiring a Cloud Engineer to support and manage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, infrastructure, and technical support operations. This role is ideal for junior to mid-level engineers looking to deepen their skills in cloud monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation within a large-scale IT environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical support with GCP services (Compute Engine, VPC, Storage, IAM)
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud service issues using GCP Console and diagnostic tools
• Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed
• Configure GCP resources based on templates and best practices
• Maintain detailed documentation of issues and resolutions
• Ensure cloud infrastructure security and assist with compliance
• Train and support internal users in utilizing basic GCP services

Required Skills:

• Hands-on with GCP fundamentals: Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC, IAM
• Familiarity with GCP CLI and cloud infrastructure troubleshooting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and diagnostic thinking to solve cloud-related problems
• Team collaboration and escalation support awareness

• GCP Associate Cloud Engineer Certification
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, logs, and alerts
• Exposure to multi-cloud environments or hybrid cloud models
