Role Overview

Notified is looking for an Associate Systems Administrator to join the Cloud Reliability team. This team is responsible for maintaining high availability, monitoring infrastructure, and providing first-line technical support for production systems and applications.

The role focuses on system monitoring, incident management, automation, and cloud infrastructure support, making it ideal for fresh graduates who want to start their career in System Administration, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Monitoring

• Perform 24/7 monitoring of production infrastructure and applications
• Identify and troubleshoot system incidents and outages
• Track and resolve infrastructure performance issues

Incident Management

• Handle incident tracking and resolution
• Maintain uptime and reliability of applications
• Support system recovery processes

Cloud & Infrastructure Support

• Participate in application releases and infrastructure deployment
• Support infrastructure build-out in cloud environments

Observability & Monitoring Tools

• Manage monitoring and observability platforms
• Collect and maintain technology performance metrics

Automation

• Automate operational tasks using Python, Terraform, and PowerShell

Collaboration

• Work closely with Development, QA, Product Management, and Technical Operations teams
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams

Documentation & Knowledge Base

• Maintain runbooks, support documentation, and monitoring guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Freshers can apply

Preferred Skills

Programming & Automation

• Basic knowledge of Python
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting

Infrastructure Automation

• Exposure to Terraform

System Administration

• Understanding of Linux / server environments
• Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure

Monitoring & Reliability

• Interest in observability tools and incident management

Support Model: 3 Shift Rotational Schedule

• 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM IST
• 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
• 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST

Work Days: 5 Days per Week
