Job Summary
Nomiso is hiring an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to manage high-availability systems deployed across hybrid clouds and Kubernetes clusters. This role is ideal for engineers passionate about automation, observability, and performance tuning in cloud-native environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain SLAs for real-time services using monitoring and alerting tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK
• Build and automate health checks, runbooks, and incident response workflows
• Participate in and manage on-call rotations, incident triage, root cause analysis, and postmortem implementation
• Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
• Conduct resilience testing and use chaos engineering tools to enforce fault tolerance
• Ensure scalable infrastructure and high system availability across Kubernetes and cloud-native platforms

Required Skills

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience managing Kubernetes in production
• Strong knowledge of Linux internals, containers, and networking concepts
• Scripting proficiency in Python, Go, or Shell scripting
• Experience with observability frameworks, incident management, and automated runbooks
• Understanding of DNS routing, load balancing, and service discovery is a plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BE/BTech/MCA/ME/MTech/MS) in Computer Science or related field
• Strong problem-solving mindset with excellent collaboration and communication skills
