## About the Role

Nomiso is seeking a skilled SRE (Site Reliability Engineer) to join its high-impact platform engineering team. You will ensure performance and reliability across real-time hybrid cloud services, automate infrastructure, and build robust observability solutions.

As part of this role, you will collaborate across teams to improve platform scalability and fault tolerance while maintaining SLAs across Kubernetes environments.

## Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor application and infrastructure metrics
• Build dashboards and alerts using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK
• Automate health checks, incident response, and SRE guardrails
• Manage on-call rotations and lead root cause analysis (RCA)
• Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
• Perform chaos engineering and resilience testing

## Required Skills

• 4–5 years of experience managing production Kubernetes clusters
• Strong background in Linux internals, containers, and networking
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, Go, or Shell
• Familiarity with observability tools and incident management processes
• Exposure to service discovery, DNS routing, and load balancing (bonus)

## Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
