Responsibilities:
- Design and develop core features of a modern observability platform
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver robust and scalable solutions
- Lead and mentor junior engineers to ensure high-quality code
- Optimize performance and scalability of distributed systems
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging tech (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Kafka, Docker, serverless)
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience with Java or Go
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture
- Experience with microservices and distributed systems
- Passion for continuous learning and improvement
- Great communication and collaboration skills
Bonus Points:
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Experience with SaaS observability products
- Experience building high-throughput pipelines
