What You'll Do

• Accelerate your learning by mastering our processes, systems, and tools to establish a strong foundation in software engineering.
• Gain hands-on experience in observability, helping build innovative solutions that ensure seamless digital experiences.
• Design and develop cutting-edge frameworks and platforms from the ground up.
• Contribute to regular team meetings to plan and prioritize work.
• Participate in peer code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.

This Role Requires

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science (CS) or Information Technology (IT) from a reputable institution within the past 12 months.
• Minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 7 or higher.
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience through internships, co-op programs, or work experience in software development.
• Passion for Software as a Service (SaaS), Observability, or Cloud Databases.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, JavaScript (including ReactJs), or GoLang.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Leadership experience through student organizations, volunteering, or community activities.
• A demonstrated pattern of continuous growth and increasing responsibility over time.
