Job Description:
Netomi AI is at the forefront of Generative AI revolution, partnering with the world’s largest brands to transform customer experience with cutting-edge AI solutions. Join as an L2 Support Engineer to engage with top-tier clients, manage complex technical issues, and lead AI-powered support excellence.

You will become a Subject Matter Expert on Netomi’s AI Studio platform and backend architecture, coordinating across teams to deliver seamless support and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master Netomi systems including AI Studio, Backend Architecture, and Agent Desk integrations
  • Manage Zendesk ticket queues and troubleshoot using tools like Postman, Datadog, and Workato
  • Resolve technical issues in Java, MySQL, JavaScript, and write custom scripts to automate tasks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Development, QA, Customer Success, Product
  • Own SLA reporting and incident management, participating in 24x7 rotational shifts
  • Create and maintain internal knowledge base documentation
  • Mentor and train L1 support engineers on product, process, and technology

Candidate Requirements:

  • 5-6 years in technical support and administration roles specializing in Zendesk and API integrations
  • Strong Java and HTML skills, with ability to debug and script solutions
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
  • Deep understanding of customer-facing support and technical troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and mentorship capabilities
