About the Role:
Molex is looking for a Cloud Engineer to design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure, facilitate seamless API integrations, and ensure efficient service delivery. You’ll collaborate with the project management team to align cloud solutions with business goals and contribute to enhancing technical standards and best practices for cloud deployment and operations.

The Molex Cloud Team is dedicated to securely and efficiently provisioning multi-cloud resources for all Molex operations. We design innovative cloud services, develop and share best practices, and provide comprehensive support — working as a cohesive global team to create exceptional value for our customers.

What You Will Do:

• Design, build, and maintain a stable and efficient infrastructure.
• Optimize service delivery across environments throughout the development lifecycle.
• Apply DevOps and DevSecOps approaches to improve all process phases and ensure end-to-end quality.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
• Implement automated infrastructure capabilities like backups, security tools, and monitoring.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve building, packaging, and deployment processes.
• Set up tools and required infrastructure for development and testing.
• Conduct incident management and root cause analysis.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with AWS Core Services, AWS IAM, AWS Lambda, AWS Organizations, Terraform, and Python.
• Solid experience in API development and integration.
• Strong knowledge of automated CI/CD pipelines and software delivery optimization.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
