About the Role

We are hiring fresh graduates in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (with CS background) for our fresher induction program.

The role involves working with product data analysis, software design, development, and testing to support the global Herman Miller business.

• Analyze, maintain, design, and test software applications.
• Work across global teams and departments to support business needs.
• Apply strong OOPS fundamentals in real-world projects.
• Engage in training, learning, and multi-project assignments.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving in live projects.
• Collaborate in a team-oriented Agile environment.

Qualifications

Academics

• BE / B.Tech / BSc (CS) / BCA / MCA

Technical Skills

• Strong OOPS fundamentals.
• Training or coursework in modern technologies (e.g., BI, Reporting, Microsoft .NET).
• Internship or project experience in software development (preferred).

Personality & Soft Skills

• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Passion for developing technology solutions (demonstrated via academic projects).
• Analytical mindset, open to discussions and debates.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Flexibility to work in the UK shift (12 PM – 9 PM IST).
• Attention to detail, quality-driven, and adaptable to multiple priorities.

Process

• Selected candidates will undergo a 2–4 month training program, rotating across teams, projects, and processes.
• Based on performance, candidates will be assigned to live project teams.
• Hiring process includes:
  • Written/Computer-based test
  • Minimum 2 rounds of personal interviews
