Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete engineering tasks under the guidance of leadership.
  • Work with Creo Parametric, Windchill, Pro E, PDM Link, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Follow standard engineering and BOM processes to ensure first-time quality.
  • Apply basic engineering skills to solve technical issues.
  • Modify existing designs while understanding design intent and product applications.
  • Provide component and product layout support for assigned projects.
  • Coordinate CAD-related deliverables and manage Master Models & Top-Down Design aspects.
  • Collaborate with external engineering partners and support assigned projects.
  • Communicate effectively using verbal and written tools.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 4-year degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience in Creo Parametric, Windchill, and handling Family Tables.
  • Ability to create engineering specification CAD models and drawings as per industry standards.
  • Strong knowledge in solid modeling, sheet metal design, large assembly handling, and engineering drawing creation.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software such as Creo Modeling & Assembly.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work both independently and within a team.

Preferred Competencies:

  • Experience in mechanical engineering projects, continuous improvement, or new product development.
  • Logical thinker with strong conceptual and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects efficiently.
  • Flexible approach to change and willingness to take responsibility.
