Manlitics is seeking an experienced IT Administrator responsible for managing enterprise IT infrastructure, server systems, networking environments, and business applications.

In this role, you will ensure secure, stable, and optimized IT operations by maintaining servers, supporting network infrastructure, troubleshooting system issues, and providing technical support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Server & Infrastructure Management

• Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers
• Ensure system performance, uptime, and security
• Monitor infrastructure and troubleshoot system issues

Networking & Security

• Manage LAN, WAN, and VPN network environments
• Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, and networking systems
• Manage firewalls, routers, and Wi-Fi infrastructure

Technical Support

• Provide L1 and L2 technical support for systems and applications
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and infrastructure issues
• Support internal users with system access and troubleshooting

System Maintenance

• Ensure regular backups and disaster recovery readiness
• Perform security updates and patch management
• Optimize system performance and maintain infrastructure stability
