🎯 The Role

We’re looking for an IT Service Support Intern to provide technical support and training to end-users across India and other regions. If you have a service-oriented mindset, enjoy problem-solving, and love working on tech projects, this role is perfect for you!

🛠️ Your Contribution

✅ Provide IT support, training, and guidance on various IT devices and applications.
✅ Troubleshoot hardware and software issues both locally and remotely.
✅ Conduct IT onboarding activities for new employees.
✅ Collaborate with IT teams on system testing, integration, and maintenance.
✅ Discover and evaluate new IT tools to support business users and IT teams.
✅ Suggest and implement process and technology improvements.

🗝️ Key Qualifications

🎓 Education: Currently pursuing an IT diploma/college degree or seeking first IT-related experience.
🖥️ Technical Skills:

• Experience in end-user desktop support.
• Proficiency with Windows 11, M365, and MacOS.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Understanding of hardware installation, cabling, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to identify and resolve bugs efficiently.

💬 Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently within a remote team.
• Fluent in English.

🌱 Preferred Skills

✨ Knowledge of MS Intune, Apple MDM Device Management, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
✨ Familiarity with advanced printer/peripheral troubleshooting and patch management.
✨ Project management and design thinking capabilities.
