🎯 The Role

We’re looking for an IT Service Support Intern to provide technical support and training to end-users across India and other regions. If you have a service-oriented mindset, enjoy problem-solving, and love working on tech projects, this role is perfect for you!


πŸ› οΈ Your Contribution

βœ… Provide IT support, training, and guidance on various IT devices and applications.
βœ… Troubleshoot hardware and software issues both locally and remotely.
βœ… Conduct IT onboarding activities for new employees.
βœ… Collaborate with IT teams on system testing, integration, and maintenance.
βœ… Discover and evaluate new IT tools to support business users and IT teams.
βœ… Suggest and implement process and technology improvements.


πŸ—οΈ Key Qualifications

πŸŽ“ Education: Currently pursuing an IT diploma/college degree or seeking first IT-related experience.
πŸ–₯️ Technical Skills:

  • Experience in end-user desktop support.
  • Proficiency with Windows 11, M365, and MacOS.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace.
  • Understanding of hardware installation, cabling, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to identify and resolve bugs efficiently.

πŸ’¬ Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently within a remote team.
  • Fluent in English.

🌱 Preferred Skills

✨ Knowledge of MS Intune, Apple MDM Device Management, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
✨ Familiarity with advanced printer/peripheral troubleshooting and patch management.
✨ Project management and design thinking capabilities.
