The Role

As a ServiceNow Developer – GRC, you will:

• Collaborate with agile teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Own the full development lifecycle: from configuration and scripting to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Empower teams with solutions that allow them to manage their own applications.
• Embrace innovation and ownership, delivering real value to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, agile practices, and DevOps workflows.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain ServiceNow applications, particularly in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, SecOps, or GRC domains.
• Automate workflows, configure integrations, and ensure high-quality releases.
• Support and train teams post-implementation.
• Work with the Scrum Master to shape user stories and prioritize backlog using Agile principles.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Expertise in at least one major ServiceNow application (GRC/IRM, VRM, Vulnerability Management is a plus)
• ServiceNow CSA certification required
• Scripting knowledge: Python, Shell, PowerShell, Ansible
• Familiarity with Java or .NET
• OS basics: Linux and Windows
• Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps practices
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork
