Role Overview:
As a SAP Basis L2 at Kyndryl, you’ll provide essential infrastructure support for SAP systems, working across projects and collaborating with global teams. You'll troubleshoot system issues, support SAP operations, and contribute to infrastructure design and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and troubleshoot SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, etc.)
• Handle user administration, client copies, and role assignments
• Support transport management and background job monitoring
• Assist L3 team with kernel upgrades, patching, and system refreshes
• Perform SAP system start/stop and coordinate downtimes
• Document daily activities using ITSM tools
• Maintain performance and availability of SAP landscapes

Required Experience & Skills:

• 3+ years in SAP Basis administration
• Proficient with SAP landscape architecture and transport management (TMS)
• Experience with SAP HANA, Oracle, or MS SQL databases
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager and performance monitoring tools
• Knowledge of SAP system operations and database space management

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to OS-level administration (Linux/Windows)
• Basic scripting knowledge (Shell, PowerShell)
• SAP Basis or HANA Certification (Optional)
