Overview
Kinective is hiring a DevOps Engineering Intern to work on real-world cloud infrastructure powering intelligent banking and financial technology platforms. This internship provides hands-on exposure to high-demand skills including cloud computing, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and scalable DevOps systems used in enterprise environments.

Role Summary
This role focuses on cloud infrastructure management, DevOps automation, CI/CD pipeline optimization, and production system reliability. You will work directly with senior engineers on live systems, contributing to deployment pipelines, infrastructure as code, and monitoring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments
• Assist in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Automate workflows using scripting (Bash/Python)
• Work on Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Deploy and manage containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes basics)
• Monitor system performance using logging and observability tools
• Troubleshoot production issues using logs, metrics, and alerts
• Document deployment processes, runbooks, and system workflows
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and development teams

Core Skills Required

• Linux fundamentals and shell scripting (Bash)
• Basic understanding of Git and version control systems
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and deployment pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Basic understanding of Docker containers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Kubernetes or container orchestration
• Experience with Terraform or Ansible (IaC tools)
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Understanding of networking (DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS/SSL)
• Basic knowledge of DevSecOps and cloud security
