Job Description:
Kenvue is hiring a ServiceNow Developer responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, adhering to development best practices, debugging, and ensuring software quality with automated/manual tests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations
- Collaborate with Agile and Scrum teams to understand and implement business requirements
- Conduct code reviews and quality control to maximize efficiency
- Debug and fix technical issues promptly
- Produce and run Automated Test Framework (ATF) and manual test cases
- Document code and application functionality clearly
- Keep up-to-date with emerging ServiceNow technologies and trends
Skills & Certifications:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations
- Experience with JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS, or Java full-stack development
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Certifications in ServiceNow Development or Administration are preferred
