Job Description:
Join Kenvue, a global leader in healthcare products with iconic brands like Neutrogena, Tylenol, and BAND-AID®. As a Power BI Developer, you will help drive digital transformation by creating impactful data visualizations and dashboards to unlock operational insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Power BI reports and dashboards for actionable business insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into BI solutions
• Utilize Microsoft Azure stack (Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, SQL Database) for seamless data integration
• Design data models and write advanced DAX queries for complex reporting
• Maintain, enhance, and support existing Power BI solutions
• Partner with UX and Digital Product teams to integrate Power BI into broader digital platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, IT, or related fields
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, including hands-on Power BI and Power Platform expertise
• Proficient with Microsoft Azure services and strong DAX query skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
• Ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
• Knowledge of Supply Chain data analytics
• Microsoft certifications in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis
